• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat rate of $6.95 or FREE on orders over $75.

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $15.00.

• Local Pickup (Eagle Mountain, UT): Free – we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Restrictions

• Currently, we ship within the United States only.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. We will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
